1. All Sales Are Final

Because all our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellationsonce your order has been placed and production has started.
Each item is made specially for you — with your chosen theme, colors, and details — and cannot be resold.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the rare event that:

  • We made an error on your order (for example, wrong design or missing piece).

  • A product arrives with a verified defect due to our production process.

To be eligible for review, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

  3. Keep all packaging and materials until the issue is resolved.

If approved, a partial or full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund decisions are made at our discretion.

3. Damaged or Lost Packages

Once your order is shipped and in the hands of a third-party carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.), we are no longer in control of delivery times, damages, or lost packages.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
We will gladly help you file a claim with the carrier, but KeCuteFiestaProps is not responsible for refunds or replacements once the package leaves our facility.

4. Digital Products

All digital files, cliparts, and printables are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.
If you experience technical issues with a file, contact us and we’ll resend the file or help resolve the issue.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.
After that, cancellations are not accepted.
